So I can see why some people have low reviews at some points I’m like okay, this seems like a stretch. However, I feel like all self-help books should be read with a very open mind.

Overall, I really thought this book was helpful mindset wise & helping me see life in a different way, I listening to it kind of like a podcast, but I can imagine if you do the exercises it would be very healing.
