Uh… the prequel book was better written than this has been so far and the characters more interesting/sympathetic. Okay, the MC of Fumbling Hearts is one of the MCs here, but I *liked* him in FH. I’m not a fan of JJ here. FR WTF

For context. JJ and Myles dated before the book started. Myles left him for Cooper(JJs teammate) who he crushed on all through high school. Myles and JJ only kissed a few times how is he not over the whole situation! Frustrating.
