Status Updates From N'invite pas la forêt à entrer

Might be too old to really appreciate this… but it is well written, a bit too lyrical to my taste, but it goes with the dark extreme feelings of the protagonist…

This is so beautifully horrific I’m stunned

I saw a review (that was how I decided to read it), and considering that the youTuber said they were gapping reading this book, it was supposed to be a page-turning one. But I was able to guess the plot twist from the very first pages (at least, I think so), and that doesn't help at all. Also, the author has a fairytale style of writing that goes according to the story, but it makes me sleep after some pages.

Why do I subject myself to this emotional torture 😔






(Because it's a hecka good book)
