i already love this

I knew it there’s just something off about Mark, like they’re clearly setting him up to be the villain, and if that happens it won’t even feel shocking, just predictable; and don’t even get me started on the fact that she still has feelings for Greg because it’s honestly frustrating to watch her stay stuck like that, and at this point I’m not even feeling anything for the book I’m still reading, but I’m not invested.

I’m not completely opposed to this book yet. I’m still curious about what happens next, but 18 chapters in, it feels like nothing is really moving. I’m putting in all the effort to stay interested, while the story isn’t doing much to pull me in. With 57 chapters, the length feels overwhelming for a romance. Still, I’m holding on, hoping it eventually picks up and finally feels worth the time and effort.

This is such a cute read but it keeps bouncing around.
