This is very readable, but once again, I find myself stumbling with how childish it feels. The out-of-left-field appearance of Kallisto, which leads to the owl escaping. The random and poorly justified decision to leave the Acropolis in search of the owl. The low stakes of the tasks.

This started off stronger, but has become a mid YA novel, I'm afraid.
