This whole time I’m like “why aren’t they using technology/drones to fight the demons?”. But it makes sense that they don’t because the demons emit some kind of high level electromagnetic frequency. So they block/ disrupt radio and microwaves. Hence no radio, wifi, radio, etc.

This is so deeply and ridiculously enjoyable so far! I am only 15% in but find myself so excited it’s such a long book.
so many people mention the need for an editor and while I don’t disagree it mostly reads to me like it was written by someone Swedish or Norwegian. It’s kind of like watching the series “dark” dubbed in English (ok bad example because that’s German). But it’s very easy to get used to
