This is reasonably well written and plotted, but I decided to not finish. I found the protagonist to be annoying. Too many times, he - and only he - is 100% correct as to what is happening and what should be done. And the plot is turning into a horror movie (Invasion of the Body Snatchers crossed with The Exorcist), and I don't like horror as a genre.
