There's nothing memorable about the characters and yet I have to finish the story. I can't stop reading (watching), which is the whole point of the story and divisive of the author.

It's messy, it's not that deep, we turn away thinking, "That's crazy", and move on without being affected, and yet if this was IRL, we'd just watch humans die and go through this experience, but their emotions and story are just like

Lots of characters I am struggling to keep up with but the writing is strong, so I feel I am not drowning, but floating with the story

My favorite youtuber is the author of this book. I can’t wait to read more of her debut novel!

The book was released today and I haven't finished the ARC 😭

on one hand i want to love this more than i do. on another so far its a really well down mystery. I am intrigued. Just wish I had someone to root for.
