So far, this book is really giving me mixed feelings. The author has some really deep seated beliefs that she passes off as "what's best for a child". I have a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and I disagree with some of her unfounded beliefs. Other than those few topics that I disagree with, I find this book interesting and full of tidbits to help a new homeschooling mom.
