About halfway through The Dark Tower. The first half felt largely unnecessary, with sections that dragged far more than they needed to.

But it hits hard in the second half and it absolutely slaps. The pacing tightens, the stakes ramp up, and suddenly it feels like classic King again, intense, emotional, and impossible to put down.
