I felt drawn to read this as a way of gaining some deeper insight into the Church I left behind when younger. There are aspects of Catholicism I still hold dear and other aspects I find deeply troubling. Sister Theresa Aletheia Noble’s gentle approach is proving welcoming and respectful so far - there’s no “you’re going to Hell if you don’t accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour!” here, thankfully!
