Status Updates From The Salt Path

The real life scandal around the book for far more interesting. Large parts of the story bored me. I was astonished at how self absorbed she was. Did she ever ask Moth how he felt? He had an illness on top of everything she was going through. Ugh.

Ok the Simon Armitage side plot is fun. But maybe only because I know who he is, what he does, and HAVE seen him live?

I actually still don’t know if this is good or not. I am reading it because my mum said the film was good. But I can’t decide if the book is good. I am still waiting for that deep and meaningful conversation on which their future will hinge. I sense it may never come.
