If it turns out that Miriel is a mage, first I will laugh, and then I will close this book and discontinue the new trilogy.

But why are there SO many typos? Like, it's almost one per page. It's getting distracting.

It's good to see the girls making their own decisions based on the lessons they had pounded into them in the previous trilogy - for better or worse - but I'm still waiting for the story to sink its teeth into ME.

Are Miriel and Catwin going to become the main love story at last? Because there's a lot of hand holding going on. And that's really sweet an' all, I love me the power of their friendship, BUT DUDE.
