the sexism in the world building is so sporadic and random.

on the one hand MC can be queen but on the other hand violence against the mothers and older queens is normal and accepted within the narrative of this world. it does not make sense.

previously MC only cut the hand of the lord who questioned her.

now he was executed by her.

this book is so poorly edited.

and also all this makes her a tyrant.

i do not buy the personal growth the MC is supposed to display when she reacts to her environment just like she did before: a bit spoiled, a bit sheltered, not that different from the princess she was before.

god the MC is insufferable.

the love story most really be good because the world building and introduction of all those background characters is so convoluted and bad that i cannot explain myself the good rating of this book so far.
