This might be a dnf for me soon… the writing is just too flowery and “I’m better than you” because I wrote a fantasy book

This feels the same as any other retelling so far unfortunately

Not super impressed so far. One perspective over the other is a drag to read which is too common with dual perspective books (though I think for this book it kind of needs the two to make the concept work). Going to try and keep going on this one but it really needs to give me something to work with
