Enjoy, but this is my first audio book and I think I really prefer reading instead. I didnt realize how time consuming these audiobooks were. I can read silently twice as fast and finish way sooner.....

Sadly, this is going to be a DNF. I am such a fan of this author’s historical fiction writing, but this book is not exactly what I had been expecting, and is maybe a little bit too cutesy for me (and has too much talk of poop). The older dog being near her end is also triggering me more than I had anticipated. It’s been receiving a lot of great reviews though, so give it a try if you have had your eye on it.

Reading this with my mom and sister and it is… something.
