Status Updates From Flagrant Foul (Totally Pucked)

JHR hardly misses for me, and this seemed like another winner. while i still like it, i haven't been *enjoying* it because i keep finding myself incredibly frustrated by Sev and Nate and their treatment of Teddy. Eerily similar with how i felt reading If Only You by Chloe Liese. it's taking me a bit longer to read it because i can only do short bursts, but i think i'll get there. curious to see on what side it lands.

If there is something that I like in romance books is an hilarious side character and a 80+ yo neighbour obsessed with smut, fish and that curses like a truck driver may as well be my all time favourite 😂🔥

Finally Sevs POV. So far this isn’t my favorite in the series. I feel Iike it’s missing that yearning and tension that the other books had and every interaction the characters have seems more like an argument so far.

What is happening? I had to stop reading and come to the reviews to see if I was crazy but this story and these characters and this conflict make zero sense. And 75% through and we’ve only had cheek kisses? Jesse, GTFO
