Status Updates From What Rhymes with Murder?

the kinda affair the mc is having with another character is bugging me a lot, the knees touching moment just really done it for me ahhhh. like before that i was just trying to pass it off as maybe she is shit at making guy friends (despite making another guy friend and it not being borderline flirting but ya know sometimes i dont understand social cues so maybe i was reading too much into it)

i cant tell if frida's husband is a shit husband or if she's a unreliable narrator? she clearly has a lot of paranoid thoughts - constantly thinking about people being hurt or dying so her thinking her husband is constantly annoyed or constantly making her go out of the house could just be the paranoid thoughts possibly (she also seems like a people pleaser too)

first murder mystery book ive read thats set in melbourne, though its east melbourne which i dont really know much about besides driving through there a handful of times.

also first book ive read where the main character has a baby...im hoping it wont be too annoying to read, but we shall see. it is giving the burbs tv show vibes though, as the mc also had a baby and theres a mystery to solve
