This is a really interesting book! Initially plodding and focused on the geographical layout of the futuristic city. It definitely exists in the same universe as Metropolis, but is a different creature all together, too! Useless Hands is a mature projection of humanity struggling to keep their souls intact in the face of their cold robot creations.
