I actually liked this book. Oh the prose here, it’s not anything phenomenal but this might have been the first time I actually liked the way a romance novel was written. Maybe I need to read other romance novels but I really think I favor romance novels written circa the 2000s,

I haven’t meet (even in my real life) a more incompetent and dumber translator. What a translator intercepted a formal conversation because she heard a word she didn’t know? Naivety and innocence does not equate to stupidity and frivolity. I don’t see what the hero saw in her.
