I usually don’t update until I’m done, but holy god I love this book. It has the perfect amount of flowery descriptions to pull me into a different world. The slow burn is…🧑‍🍳💋 I also love Allen. He’s just delightful. That’s all 😌

The amount of times they mention Nottingham makes me feel this author is not British 😭 also the way they refer to it like I promise British people do not like Nottingham this much.
Also I cannot tell if this is a young adult or an adult bc it’s feeling like an ya but when I search it up nothing shows up🫪
