While this is very clearly heavily inspired by the Vampire Troupe section of Anne Rice's books, including the main character's name BARELY changed from Armand, I am enjoying the atmosphere so far.

Barely a dent in, BUT I wanted to say the beginning is portraying Armand’s crew from Interview With a Vampire. It’s very gothic in nature and it’s vampires!

Anything with vampires and descriptive writing….Im all in!

I fear I slightly screwed myself over going into this to indulge in the IWTV fic of it all… knife to the heart levels of disappointed that (not) louis and (not) claudia are white and blonde… i’ll survive I guess 😔
