Chapter 26 is the worst chapter I have ever read in my entire life.

Just had a frankly bizarre tangent (again lifted probably word for word from Wikipedia or Chat GPT) about whether Lemmings really kill themselves or not. Not one single pair of characters in the entire book have any conversational chemistry whatsoever, there's never a moment where anybody is on the same page as anyone else leading to so many unnecessary misunderstandings that the author has intentionally written

Early days but all the usual LT Shearer tropes are still alive and well. Absolutely banal so far. Whole reams of information copy and pasted from Wikipedia and then passed off as characters own knowledge. Lulu has just remembered an article she once read which listed the religions most likely to kill themselves in order, and was able to recall the order as well as just the fact she'd read it.
