I love Jessie but this book is veryyyyy dangerous it it's causation facts are literally crippling to understand and the GUILT I already feel reading this is heavy. Don't get me wrong - it's very valuable information to consider (esp in light of the rest of the Glucose "Revolution") but putting a book with unproved scientific research in the hands of fragile mothers without proper context is not wise in my opinion.
