Status Updates From We Were Never Here

Okay, like I get that these are teens, but you're literally possessed by a ghost, and all you can think about is how guilty you feel that your gf died a couple months ago and now you're catching feelings for her BFF. Like can we focus on killing the ghost that lives inside you please?
My eye rolls are off the charts. Additionally, these characters inner thoughts do not feel realistic.

I desperately need something to happen here.

I feel like I've been reading this forever, and I'm just not getting anywhere. Please for the love of all that is holy, have some freaking action soon! Something, anything, I'll take it!

This is hard to get into really because it's so morose at the start.
I'm ready for some action to kick off.

The writing style has definitely taken me a second to get used to, NGL. Actually, I did have to go back and read the synopsis too to figure out what in the hell was going on. Now that I've done that, I feel like I'm going to really enjoy this. EMO AF.
