I’m having a very strange experience with this book. I feel like I should love this… but I keep putting it down.
The premise is great and I like the villain, but it’s giving very similar vibes to Assistant to the Villain — just more adult but this isn’t hitting the same. Also there are entire sections that need cut!
Right now I’m more “hmm” than hooked 👀
