Love the premise, but it’s too much like reading a museum guide. I don’t like to abandon a book, so I’ll keep reading occasionally and focus on something more captivating.

Lowkey the book felt a little goofy in the beginning. Because it’s hard to imagine a 10-year-old talking the way Mona does. But honestly, now at the halfway point, the author has definitely found the groove of the book.
