Status Updates From Nobody's Girl

I have no words. I'm barely started but how heartbreaking this book is. It makes me so sad and angry on Virginia's behalf. I'll take my time with this one. The subject matter is hard to go through but I value what it says.

Disheartening, heart breaking but at times hopeful. I’m truly disgusted by these people who trafficked her. Her actions in fighting back are paving the way for change though. Someday, maybe victims will never be vilified in court and/or by news media. Maybe someday everyone will believe the victim, rather than the powerful.
