my very first jordaline recommendation; expectations are high! #intrigued

It’s picking up for sure! I’m not sure what I think so far or what my “midway” rating would be. Going to be interesting to see the climax and conclusion here

Not sure what to think so far! Not bad, but definitely a slow start I would say.

The beginning was slow but once it got halfway, it was so much better. Really creepy. Didn’t feel connected to the characters until later towards the end of the book. Plot was good BUT it did feel confusing at times how things worked (it seemed like they were in total darkness half the time). Still enjoyed it though, and will stay with me. Loved the twist as well.
