I’m struggling… Does it pick up? The audiobook is putting me to sleep…

Okay, I get Grant, I get Renata, I even get Andres...even though that's and odd pairing, but whi the heck is Stan Huber? Like why does he matter?

Ugh, why is always the guy that gets the most attention? And why is his abuse more valid than women's? I see this in so many romances- its extremely annoying. Not sure if I'll be able to get through this series w/out dropping, esp. when the dang military trope is tossed in there too.

A very intense story.
It continues in Accuse.
A lot I liked.
Some I didn't.
And, it looks like the next book includes 'Murder'!

Since this is my bundle of all 3 stories the above page # is an estimate.
There are 3 parts to this story. Each part has between 15 & 17 chapters, for a total of 48 chapters. The book is about 310 pages. So each chapter averages 6.5 pages long.
I just made it to chapter 13, about page 78.
This may be the best book she has written. LOVE IT!
