I am at the finish line and I can't believe I have this small complaint coming from a Elizabeth Acevedo book. Why is the Mom giving the FMC yogurt when it been establish through the whole book that the FMC is lactose intolerant by the many of times her stomach acts up every time drink or eat milk products during the course of the book. That even the Mom knows that because she give her pills to help with it .
