Status Updates From Crown of Dusk (The Crystal ...

Rainy day reading ☕🌧️

I'm so happy I've been able to read so much today 🙂‍↕️💗

This book was stunning!. There are so many good things about this book; it is very unique and creative, plus there is a great sense of plot tension and wonderful complex characters! Megan has done it again. ! I am devastated I now have to wait for book 3. 💚 P.S. I lost a fair bit of sleep as I couldn’t put it down.

“I am more than this crown,” “But you are nothing without it.” Burn!

“I’ll keep trying to keep you alive as long as you’ll let me. You have my word, Galdinia.”

“You were made queen by the Gods, Your Highness. That wasn’t an accident, and it certainly wasn’t a mistake. If you want to take back what’s yours, you may have to take it by any means possible.”

"A crown is one thing; your actions are another." Not me yelling this out loud to Galdinia 😂

“We need you to stay alive, Galdinia. I need you to.”

“I’m never too full for potatoes.” TRUE!

“Those Lidels can keep calling me Your Majesty until it really sinks in for them.” She's so sassy I love her 🤭👑

She had to make her own decisions and use the power of her mother’s crown to make it plain to these men that she would make her own decisions.

“I have no interest in hiding away in my throne room while you fight my battles for me, Captain.”

"To every woman who has ever been told she has to earn the crown she’s already wearing; you don’t need to wait for permission to use it." Thank you Megan for this ARC copy 💚💚
