it genuinely pains me and makes me sad how little i am enjoying this book 3 some parts are just so painfully millennial cringe humor and some plot points are just very silly ? idk mannnn

lol I love Ellis and Summer’s friendship.

was planning on stopping reading after getting to the cute scene of them falling asleep together but then thought “but they’re gonna have sweet morning sex! i must continue reading and just finish this chapter!” and then i proceeded getting shot 14 times

i say this in the most respectful way possible because the bloom town series is my favorite of all time. but wow you can tell this book isn’t officially published and proofread

okay a few things. first of all how do the people in this town just know everyone. like they somehow know/discover every single famous person before they’re famous it’s so random. second, some of the dialogue genuinely pains me. it’s so millennial at times it hurts but it also reminds me that these characters are in their 30s

i will say one thing tho. ally north YOU KNOW HOW TO WRITE GAY YEARNING & FLIRTING.
