I wish more of her claims were backed up by hard data. I think she is probably correct on a lot of things in this book, but I see too much of it being anecdotal, rather than presented with studies and statistics to back it up. There is SOME data given to validate her claims, but in comparison to other books I have read, it provides much less concrete evidence.
