The way he's talking to himself gives me the creeps. A case of unreliable narrator where Dr. Haig is real after all? Or that there is someone else with him doing the killing...?

A lot of his monologue seems like a second person weighing in. Very suspicious.

One thing I'm absolutely sure of is that I hate this guy.
