Dnf’ed at 30%. I don’t realize this was a part of a series and I feel like that made a difference. I didn’t know the backstory of some of the characters and just couldn’t connect with them. The narrator was very pleasant to listen to.

Exciting, difficult to put down. Different accents feel funny but help identify different people with easy.
Although part of a series, I’ve not read the other books, there is no problem starting with this book.
