This whole 'mum' instead of "ma'am" business is already grinding my gears. 🤨🙄🤨

Seriously, how could THAT get overlooked?

3.5 stars. Enjoyable, with likeable characters and good continuity from book 1. I started to notice a bit of repetition of some phrases. Similarly, some topics were returned to multiple times - which is in keeping with how human decision-making works but not ideal in fiction. I look forward to reading any future stories in the series.
