Status Updates From Call Mr. Fortune

I'm abandoning this collection of short stories after reading three of them. The dialogue must have been very cool and slangy back in 1920, but it's hard for me to follow. The mysteries are okay but not brilliant. Moving on to reading something that's more engaging.
