Is it just me or is Kelly a bit naive trusting Evan automatically & not paying attention to the fact someone is squatting there (Evan?)

The narrator is perfect as Kelly. Am trying to keep up with the moving parts which is a bit harder as an audiobook. Well-paced. Loved discussion about why Kelly works only for women. No justice for women.

Putting this one on hold until I can a print/kindle copy because the audio is killing me.

I'm enjoying Kelly the PI.

I feel like this is just one degree above a generic cozy mystery

Loving the main character and enjoying the story so far, but I don’t know how much more of these godawful song lyrics I can deal with listening to — they’re like reading the journal entries of the emo-ist emo kid in your freshman english class after a pompon girl was mean to her on the bus (and that 100% would have been me, so no hate to emo kids or teen poets, but oh my god it’s so cringey).
