Act 1: “The Repairer of Reputations”
I think I kinda went into this book with the wrong idea thinking “where is the king in yellow lol”. It’s written nicely, I enjoyed reading it from the perspective of a mentally ill man being told he’s right and others are wrong. While only four chapters is does a good job making the reader curious about the play and up coming chapters.

Started reading the second half of the book while on vacation. I liked every story about the King in Yellow except “In the Court of the Dragon”, but with the second half I think the only one I’ve enjoyed to the same extent is “The Demoiselle D’ys”. Taking a break while reading “Street of the First Shell”.
