Status Updates From Seule la mort attend la vil...

Finished! This was really good, although I can't for the life of me tell if should expect this to end tragically or happily. I'm hoping for the latter, and there are indications for that, but there are also a lot of flags for the former.

Here's hoping she gets rid of that ring sooner rather than later.

"Today's operation: Who Hurt My Baby is a go!"

Ooh, yes!

I really want things to turn out well for her, but considering her past trauma and her knowledge that she's in a deliberately difficult game, I wonder if she'd ever be able to fully trust any of these characters?

I started this by randomly reading it with the first volume of the manhwa, which takes place over the first 100 pages of this book. It was nice to put faces to names.
The book gives more detail which is nice and it’s surprisingly funny for how close to death she seems all the time.

Anyhow, I’m really enjoying the story so far.

Definitely got me out of my reading slump
