Status Updates From Dom Bestii

I find the main character insufferable. Actually I have not found a single character I’m rooting for in this book yet. I’ve committed to finishing this for bookclub though, so I’ll ride the wave and hope for redeeming qualities! Parts remind me of stardust, beauty and the beast, and very loosely the Hunger Games.

There is absolute no reason the self-proclaimed cold blooded heartless revenge killer that was raised in a castle full of people who wished she would die should be so goody-two-shoes here. It’s actually upsetting me as much as Aster!!! Some of her decisions made in the sense of goodwill don’t even logically make sense. Chapter 26 is upsetting to say the least. FAH!
