Feeling embarrassed about how upset I was about the early parts of Quentin section. I’m still confused and lightly grasping the prose, but I’ve made peace with it. Do I think Faulkner’s endlessly oblique writing is worthwhile? Is his form reflective of inner processing? Sorta 😅wouldn’t hurt to give the reader a BIT more firm ground to stand on though.
