I am 10 pages in and this book already has me feeling sick to my stomach with the line “the tragedy is the cataclysmic demise of far too many disenfranchised women” and going into detail of how the myriad of ways the system failed to protect vulnerable people from Robert Pickton from the investigation side is going to be one hell of a tough but necessary read.
