This is fine, it’s just hard to get into a book that’s a compilation of short stories. I’ll finish it eventually but will probably start something else in the meantime

Defending Elysium - 4 stars - I can't imagine trying to read this before reading the entire Skyward series. I also can't believe that this was written first before the books in the series. No wonder people were saying this made no sense.
