Status Updates From On the Calculation of Volume I

rereading this as i prepare to finish the rest of the published sequels. another thought occurs to me: birdwatching, stargazing, etc… how lovely and observant life could be if we weren’t always so caught up with our fucking jobs!!!

is she just going to chill at home in a time loop? i’d be doing a bit of travelling as well because why not

if i were ever stuck in a time loop i think i would be dedicating myself to picking up new skills if for nothing else, at least to pass time without time passing

i can’t tell how i feel about the amount of Description in this book even tho i think that’s probably part of the Point sometimes it’s just a wee bit too much maybe

I think about time a LOT. curse of reading too much Murakami in high school? why I ended up a philosopher? who knows. but that part of me is very satisfied by this discussion about "the consequences of a time which could not hold itself together" (page 56)
