Halfway through and I just need to say this: Miguel Hartman is written dangerously well. The quiet authority, the way he moves, the restraint — it’s all intentional and it works.

Add in a smart FMC, layered mystery, and slow-burn proximity done right, and I’m locked in. I don’t trust anyone, I have questions about everyone, and I can’t wait to see where this goes.
