Frederick Dodson‘s level of energy is a macro lens on all things for me. I am extreme and have a larger life philosophy that works for me. I like my extremities. Eg. levels 150 (anger) & 540 (joy)

I would estimate Aurelius‘s philosophy resonates between 250-400 on Dodson’s scale. This is not really a world I want to live in. However what an incredible remedy for anyone chronically plagued by the lower levels
