I’m going to DNF this. Thought I’d give self help books a try and heard great things about this but I hate how much it pathologies everything with internet therapy speak without offering any real solutions? Also while it’s cool the author narrated her own audio book, I personally found her annoying. This book just felt like it was trying too hard.

Might DNF this, author is narrator which is cool but I don’t like her. Also just feels very generic and overrun with trendy online psychology terms. Highlighting everything I hate about self help books. Sucks bc I had high hopes
