Each chapter is her attempt at writing her suicide notes so each chapter is a memory for her. The first chapter is about her spending a day with Greta drinking blue raspberry slushy and throwing firecrackers at squirrels. Then it’s about how she met Greta at her first high school party where they both still wanted to be kids.
